Dashboard and apps
The overview combines selected, non-archived apps from every connected account. Use the chart legend to isolate downloads or updates when both series are available.
Organize the app list
Section titled “Organize the app list”- Include or exclude: Control whether an app contributes to combined dashboard totals.
- Pin: Keep important apps above the rest of their account.
- Archive: Hide an app and stop syncing it while retaining its local history. Restore it from Settings → Archived.
- Inspect status: Open an app to see release state, rollout progress, metrics, income, reviews, and recent changes.
Understand the numbers
Section titled “Understand the numbers”StoreGauge keeps labels specific when Apple and Google measure different stages of a funnel or money flow.
- Apple developer proceeds are not merged into Google estimated gross sales or finalized earnings.
- New installs and device updates can be displayed separately.
- Currency values can be converted into one display currency without erasing their original source or category.
- Google crash and ANR rates follow the freshness dates provided by the reporting API.
Alerts
Section titled “Alerts”StoreGauge can notify you about new reviews, state changes, newly discovered apps, rollout completion, and unusual week-over-week movement. Configure notifications in Settings.
On iPhone, enabling store activity notifications also schedules a lightweight local background check for reviews and release status no earlier than hourly. The Settings screen shows whether iOS Background App Refresh is available and the most recent completed background check. iOS controls the actual execution time, and Low Power Mode or disabled Background App Refresh can delay or prevent a check.
